Google's Computer Program Beats World Champion Lee Se-dol At Ancient Chinese Game "Go"

This article is about a new machine invented called AlphaGo. It was created because Google has realised that most computers are smarter than people but they are still lacking creativity and new ideas/plans. Google created this machine that is able to play a game called Go that was created over 3,000 years ago. It’s an Ancient Chinese game that is played with two people. The aim of the game is to with white or black coloured stones (depending what colour you have) to dominate the 19x19 squared board and position them so you trap the other teams stones in your stones. The AlphaGo was created to learn how to play go and learn the oppositions play strategy and how to win in the fastest way. This is hard for a machine because they have to change their programme and strategy every time the opposition makes their next move.
