Enola Holmes: The Case of the Missing Marquess is such a good book so far. The ciphers and the plot are both very satisfying. Honestly, I can't wait too see what she does next! I love the movies too.

When Enola Holmes, the much younger sister of detective Sherlock Holmes, discovers her mother has disappeared—on her 14th birthday nonetheless—she knows she alone can find her. Disguising herself as a grieving widow, Enola sets out to the heart of London to uncover her mother’s whereabouts—but not even the last name Holmes can prepare her for what awaits. Suddenly involved in the kidnapping of the young Marquess of Basilwether, Enola must escape murderous villains, free the spoiled Marquess, and perhaps hardest of all, elude her shrewd older brother—all while collecting clues to her mother’s disappearance!
A remarkable debut of a new mystery series by two-time Edgar Awardwinning author Nancy Springer.

This book was so good! Enola Holmes is the brother of Sherlock Holmes. Her mother told her, "You'll do well on your own, Enola." So when her mother is missing on the 14th birthday and doesn't come back, Enola pieces together the clues to find her. First, she contacts her two brothers: Sherlock and Mycroft. When she meets her, they dismiss her- like she won't know how to do things and she is unimportant. So Enola solves the clues, puts the pieces together, meets some enemies. But...will she find her mother? Happy reading!
cool book
It wasn't as good as I hoped it'd be. I could barley finish it. It was very disappointing.
I love thus book! It is a great mystery that tells about Sherlock Holmes' fictional younger sister. She has rarely seen her older brothers, but when her mother disappears, she finally meets them. To her surprise, she finds them to be sort of snooty and they try to send her to boarding school. She runs away in search of her mother. In the middle, she discovers yet another mystery to uncover. I recommend this to any bookworm searching for a cozy book. Plus, it has a high lexile!
I really super duper, positively loved this book. It is kind of like a Sherlock Holmes book but his fictional younger sister is solving the mysteries. I recommend this book to anyone who likes to curl up with a good book.
