This book’s genre is fantasy or adventure and it was written by Geronimo Stilton. This book is about a team of animals who set a journey to save a queen from an evil sleeping spell. Even though the quest was difficult and depressing, they didn’t quit. The main character is a mouse that is always frightened of anything and wants to run away because he isn’t used to the unusual things and the boiling lava. Two key events that they added to the plot is that Boils(a chameleon) gave the queen a poisoned rose that a witch gave him(which caused the queen to fall into a deep sleep), and that something strange is trying to prevent them from saving the queen. In the first chapters the animals are terrified because the mission was hard. But the father back they went they met more friends who encouraged them to keep on going. An unanswered question I have for the author is what was Enigma’s riddle about the Sphinx called? What I enjoyed the most about this book is the adventures, fun characters, and it teaches us about a kind, caring, and light heart. I would recommend this book because it is long, creative and original. Kids might like it because it’s exciting, full of morals, and it teaches you about being a caring human. It also tells you about being brave, curious, thoughtful, and generous.

I am not usually the type of person who loves fantasy, but I read Eragon for a reading challenge and liked it. Eragon was a normal boy who lived on a farm with his uncle and cousin. But when he was out hunting one day, he came across a quite unusual blue stone that was hollow and seemed unbreakable. As he was laying in his room one night, the stone starting cracking. He was stunned when a dragon popped out from the egg, which he thought was a stone. From then on, Eragon's life was changed forever. He goes on a quest with the town storyteller Brom to kill the Ra'zac, who murdered Eragon's uncle Garrow. I really loved this book, and plan on reading the rest of the series in the future. I rate this book 4/5 because it was a little boring at times, but overall it was a great book. I recommend this book to boys and girls ages 11+.

The Skulduggery Pleasant series broke my heart when Skulduggery was pulled in. I didn't know if Valkyrie would ever get him out. But she did. And is was Awesome!

This book is full of adventure, happiness, and humor. Cass and Max-Earnest find this coca plantation inside a zoo. And it is controlled by the Midnight Sun! If you wan't to know what happens next, read the book. It is awesome!!!!

Natalie Babbitt, the author of Tuck Everlasting, sweeps readers along on the thought-stirring journey of Winnie Foster when she meets the eternally unaging Tuck family. The well-crafted characters included eleven-year-old Winnie Foster, a young girl who yearns to escape the confines of her yard and to be free of proper, beautiful clothing--and finally gets her wish. The Tuck family includes Mae Tuck, the caring, mentally old mother of the family, Angus Tuck, the weary father who wishes the Tucks could someday age and die to allow them back into the “wheel of life”, Miles, the oldest of two brothers whose wife left him under the belief he had sold his soul to the devil to say young, and Jesse, the eternally seventeen-year-old boy. There is also the eternally living horse, the yellow-suited man, and the somewhat dim constable. The book is set in the fictional town of Treegap, where there is a wood. In the middle of the wood, there is a pleasant touch-me-not cabin, in which the young Winnie foster lives with her parents and grandmother. The young girl escapes into the wood one day, and finds a spring, as which a boy, Jesse, is resting. When she sees the boy, she asks to drink from the spring, being dreadfully thirsty, but Jesse panically tries to stop her, and eventually Mae and Miles arrive, halting Winnie from drinking the water which would bless--or curse--her with eternal life. What follows is a story that can change how readers think forever. Personally, I admire Natalie's writing style and admire her ability to tell the story of the Tucks so creatively. She made me think a lot about what it might be like to live forever--is it really a good thing to never grow old? She also makes it easy to envision the wood and treegap in my mind’s eye; the amber and emerald light filtering through green leaves to the forest floor, the eternal ash tree, the animals, and the way she explains how things connect together. Samples of her writing style: “His tall body moved continuously; a foot tapped, a shoulder twitched. And it moved in angles, rather jerkily. But at the same time he had a kind of grace, like a well-handled marionette. Indeed, he seemed almost to hang suspended there in the twilight. But Winnie, though she was half charmed, was suddenly reminded of the stiff black ribbons they had hung on the door of the cottage for her grandfather's funeral.” “Into it all came Winnie, eyes wide, and very much amazed. It was a whole new idea to her that people could live in such disarray, but at the same time she was charmed. It was… comfortable. Climbing behind Mae up the stairs to see the loft, she thought to herself: ‘Maybe it's because they think they have forever to clean it up.’ And this was followed by another thought, far more revolutionary: ‘Maybe they just don't care!’” “There was a clearing directly in front of her, at the center of which an enormous tree thrust up, its thick roots rumpling the ground ten feet around in every direction. Sitting relaxed with his back against the trunk was a boy, almost a man. But there were new threads now, tugging and insistent, which tied her just as firmly to the Tucks.” This book, despite being slightly short, really makes you think, and I love it--I plan on re-reading it until my eyes burn out. It makes the reader think and consider what it would be like to live forever, and it really makes you second-guess your first thoughts of immortality. I totally LOVE the secret series, it's super funny but it's mysterious too! Then there's tons of cool, magical things and creatures! The book is about two boys, Yo-Yoji, Max-Ernest (the boy with 2 names) and one girl, Cassandra, and on a trip to a museum, Cassandra accidentally breaks a finger off a mummy, and this led them to an adventure, and in the end of the book, they found out The Secret, a secret that was hunted down for centuries.

Demon slayer is about a kindhearted boy named Tanjiro Kamado who lives in Taisho-era Japan. He lived selling charcoal for his poor family. One day Tanjiro goes to go sell charcoal but when he comes back he finds out his family has been killed by a demon. Only one family member survives which is his sister Nezuko but Nezuko herself was turned into a demon. Tanjiro is off to a dangerous journey. Then a mysterious boy named Giyu tries to kill Nezuko. Tanjiro tells Giyu not to kill nezuko his sister. Giyu says it's his job to kill demons but Nezuko escapes Giyu thinks Nezuko will eat Tanjiro but instead Nezuko protects her big brother Tanjiro. Giyu was surprised so he doesn't kill nezuko. Then Giyu tells Tanjiro to go see an old man named sakonji urokodaki that lives at the foot of mount sagirl to become a demon slayer. But Tanjiro knows nothing about being a demon slayer the mysterious boy Giyu might have some answers. Will Tanjiro become a demon slayer and will he be able to turn his sister into a human again? I recommend this book if you like anime, graphic novels, or comics books! This is the best manga I've ever read there is show of this I hope you all love this manga as much as i do!

OH MY GOODNESS. I knew the third, often regarded as final, book in the Legend series was bound to cause some heartbreak, but I was absolutely crushed—in the best way possible—by the ending. Throughout the novel, millions of emotions kept building up: Day and June's sadness from being apart, their desperation and need to be with each other, but also the hesitance, anger, and anguish festering between them. Their relationship is developed in such a way I have never seen before. Amidst their conflicting emotions, a war between the Republic and the Colonies is in full swing, with Day and June at the heart of it. A new plague variant is spreading across the Colonies from the Republic, but the Republic does not have a cure—yet. By the end of this thrilling novel, the ball drops, and the war is resolved while a major crisis changes the trajectory of Day and June's relationship forever. So, so good. Five stars, always.

J.R.R Tolkien, tied with John Flanagan for my favorite author, writes a magnificent piece in 'The Lord of the Rings'. It is so incredible it has become a classic that any middle schooler must read. I read this book when I was 7 years old and it has still held 2nd Place, now as an 8th Grader. I would recommend this series to ANYONE who likes adventure, action, fantasy, magic, powers, elves, dragons, war, violence, mystery, suspense, and so much more!! His novels are just packed with excitement and everyone should read them!! :) I have to say, he seriously must have done a lot of planning before he started writing for this series, because he seems to know the favorite colors of Bilbo Baggin's GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT Uncle's grandparents. (By means to say, he writes in a lot of detail that I sometimes get bored over and wish he would get to the main point, but it just adds to how AMAZING this trilogy is!!) I could research my whole life and not know everything about the Lord of the Rings because man... he knows every little detail about his world and other world's he created!! Definitely, read this series... and... GO LEGOLAS!!
