It is about Jackson Opus using his hypnotic powers to save 96 year old Avery Quackenbush from dying but while hypnotizing got so deep into Avery's mind he goes through all the struggles Avery had, such as Oscar , his brother, dying. He gets so deep, Jackson thinks he had a brother named Liam. In this book, he loses his mentor Axel Braintree when Elias Mako tried to kill Jackson.

Memory Maze by Gordon Korman was one of my favorite books that I've read. I liked all the plot twists and the action that kept on going the whole time. On the other hand, the one thing I didn't really like about it is the cliff hanger ending. Since there's no more books of that small series yet it disappointed me.
