In the book The Maze Of Bones (39 Clues, No. 1) by Rick Riordan, Amy and Dan Cahill are just orphans who for some reason can't live with their rich grandmother, Grace Cahill. They live with their aunt who does't even care about them. One day Grace dies and in her will she says that the people in her family can either take one million dollars or they can get the first clue that can lead them to 38 other clues which can restore the Cahill family's power. Amy and Dan could always just walk away with one million dollars, but they take the challenge.
i really liked this series series ("39 clues") and the second series ("cahills vs vespers")got even more exciting, but i've kind of tired of keeping up with the 39 clues cycle. now there's "cahills unstoppable," and it's gotten exhausting. it's not that i hate the books, but 39 clues seems like it will never cease to end! i liked the characters dan and amy at first, but i wish each book was longer so that the series would stop. don't read this book unless you're prepared to follow a long, LONG journey....

This book was awesome! Its by my fav author, Rick Riordan. He is so good! This book is full of adventure and excitement. It also has some experiences i can relate to: like having cousins that like to beat you up.
