In one of the most hotly anticipated sequel in memory, J.K. Rowling takes up where she left off with Harry's second year at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Old friends and new torments abound, including a spirit named Moaning Myrtle who haunts the girls' bathroom, an outrageously conceited professor, Gilderoy Lockheart, and a mysterious force that turns Hogwarts students to stone.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets is a very magical book it is funny awesome intresting and I love it I could sit some where and never put it down

The second year for Harry in Hogwarts officially comes. During the summer vacation, the Dursleys had treated Harry so awful that Harry cannot wait to go back to Hogwarts and meet his friends. However, as the summer vacation was starting to end, Harry received a warning from Dobby, a house-elf, warning him that disasters would come once he returns to Hogwarts. The treatment Dursleys gave Harry make Harry couldn't even consider for staying longer. Receiving all the difficulties Harry would face, Harry still firmed to leave and return to where he belongs to, Hogwarts. The way of returning to Hogwarts wasn't as simple as before. On the other hand, a rumor of The Chamber of Secrets had opened spread out in Hogwarts. When Hogwarts seems to be more and more dangerous and threatening, who is the culprit? Or...this is a diversion? In this book, the plot that attracts me most is Harry and his friends, finding clues to open the Chamber of Secrets. I recommend this book to people who likes reading adventuring, detective and fantasy book.

The second book in the series, a best friend to every fan. I myself own all seven books, as well as movies. I enjoy this one almost as much as the first.

It is the most interesting, awesomely detailed fantasy book ever. It shows the dangerous adventure Harry and his friends have when the chamber of secrets open.

When I heard that Tom Marvolo Riddle turned into Voldemort, I was astonished. I did not expect that at all.
