Ray Gordon is a brave kid. He wants to try out all of the scariest rides at HorrorLand. Unfortunately, his brother, Brandon, is scared of everything--loud noises, roller coasters, and even the wooden dummy named Slappy that Ray gets from Jonathan Chiller's gift shop. There's something not quite right about the evil look on the puppet's face. Ray usually enjoys scaring Brandon but his parents made him promise to stop it, if he wants to have his huge New Year's Eve party. Which is why it is so strange that things keep happening to his younger brother.

it is very nice ti read it
this book give me jump scares and the words that described the actions of dummy felt real to me. i like to suggest this book to everyone because it is very nice to read it .
This book gives me the creeps! This dummy comes alive when you say these words aloud: "KARRU...MARRI...ODONNA...LOMA...MOLONU...KARRANO". The dummy sends trouble through the world. Everyone who sees and takes Slappy as their own, will suffer. He will make them his slave. He is pure evil, and you'll realize it when you read this chilling story. Slappy doesn't care about anyone..... but to just to spread lies. Everyone who takes him gets blamed for the chaos he does. And that's what Slappy does. It doesn't matter if you say another pair of words to put him to sleep. He never dies out. That's what creeps me out. He never goes away.
