You get to go to Willy Wonka's factory(Which is a factory that everyone wants to go because nobody went.) but the chocolate bar that his grandpa gave didnt contain the golden ticket. Loved James & Giant Peach so much thought it was time to look at other Roald Dahl books I have read, not read or seen as a movie. Charlie & the Chocolate Factory shows the amazing imagination of Mr. Dahl.
My favourite part was when they stopped to have a look at the "square sweets that look round!"...so witty and simple yet enchanting!
This book is fun and imaginative. You can tell that the author really started thinking outside of the box. I really love this book.
I LOVE THE BOOKS THAT ARE WRITTEN BY ROALD DAHL. HIS BOOKS ARE SOOO GOOD AND INTERESTING!!! I ALSO LIKED OTHER BOOKS THAT HE WROTE LIKE THE WITCHES.
I would recommend this book because it is a wonderful classic, I read the book 5 to 10 times because I love it so much! I got this book for my 9th birthday. I started reading it right away, and I read it again, and again!
