This book is about how Bud a orphan goes to a new home but the people are really mean so Bud runs away. A man named Lefty takes him to his house but then returned him to who he thought was his fathers house. But instead it turned out it was someone else.

This was a really good book! I LOVED IT!

I really want to read this book but it takes 20 pages to get good. It souds really really really good.

A wonderful book for a classroom read-aloud! I cry everytime I read it.

Fun book

I am reading Mighty Miss Malone and I can not put it down!!! I hope Bud not Buddy is such as great!!!!! I am defiantly reading this book next!!!

I loved Bud Caldwell's Rules and Things for Having a Funner Life and Making a Better Liar Out of Yourself. One of mine would be "if your big brother suddenly seems really nice, he's probably about to trick you."
