This book used to scare me ! I think it is the illustration part - it looked way too realistic

This book used to scare me so much! AHHHHHH!! I think I'd appreciate it more today, since I'm old enough now to understand the concept of the actual story. Instead of Camilla's skin problems.
i read this book in second grade and it is so fun and cool anytime i read it ,it makes me feel so happy and calm :)
