This is an okay book, but not one of my favorites. It is about this boy who finds a new species of animal . He names it Marvin Gardens, this animal is not exactly a dog, not exactly a pig, not exactly anything. And.........it eats plastic, ONLY plastic. This new animal could be the solution to all of earth's pollution problems, but it has some flaws. I felt like the plot moved really slowly in this book, and the same things just kept happening over and over. It isn't exactly my style of book, but other people may like it.

This book is about Obe and a new animal he has discovered, who he names Marvin Gardens. Marvin is the size of a dog, with claws of a wolf, and hooves like a pig’s. But the most amazing part is he eats plastic and only plastic. Obe finds a friend in him, but he has to face an enemy to keep him safe. So far, this book is awesome, full of detail, and shows true friendship.
